"Hello, I'm Chris, and my girlfriend Maiara are in the process of relocating from Orlando to South Florida. We are seeking a 1-bedroom or larger rental unit. We would prefer a house, condo, or apartment, with a budget of up to $1600 per month (more if a 3 bedroom house).

 We're ready to pay the first month's rent and deposit upfront and have clean backgrounds with no criminal records or past evictions. 

We're dependable, responsible tenants looking to move in immediately and are open to a 4 to 12-month lease.
